Powdery Mildew
Powdery mildew of mango, caused by the fungus , is a severe, widespread disease causing up to 70-90% crop loss. It thrives in humid conditions and spreads via airborne spores.

Symptoms: A white powdery mildew forms on the stems, flowers, and buds. This mildew causes the flowers and buds to wilt and fall off. The crop is damaged.
Comments:
Management: It requires pruning extra growth for opening centre and airflow
Control: As soon as the flowers and buds appear, spray 2 times with 3 grams of water-soluble sulfur per liter of water at an interval of 10 days. A decoction of fenugreek can also be sprayed once.
